Personal Computer Payroll Link Use your own PC to communicate your payroll data to and from A D Computer. You will save time, have more flexibility, be able to validate your input entries and print reports on demand on your own PC. A D Computer will install all software as well as your employee database on your PC. You will receive training from our PC support department and ongoing support through your assigned payroll processor. PC Payroll Link can include some or all of the options below. Payroll Input PC input entries are made for hours worked, job worked, rate changes, new employees and all other pay data each payroll. Payroll data is then transmitted via phone modem to A D Computer. Your payroll is processed, checks and all payroll reports are printed and your completed payroll is delivered back to you. Time Clock Interface PC input can receive data for employee hours, job worked, rate changes, etc. from automated time clocks or other PC based time and attendance systems. This eliminates all key entry of employee hours. Personnel Data File When you enter employee payroll data, the personnel file is automatically created and/or updated. Additional human resource information can be included for each employee from which reports can be generated and can be displayed on the screen at any time. Return Data Transmission Return transmission (download) is made to your PC of updated earnings and deductions for each employee. This data can be used for your own reports and analysis. It can also be used for automatic entry into other systems such as Lotus, Excel, etc. Report Writer Design your own reports with payroll and personnel data using the industry standard Crystal Reports(tm). Detailed earnings, deduction and tax liability data is downloaded from A D Computer to your PC each payroll. Our powerful G/L interface program uses the data and definitions in the table to create a file of G/L posting transactions which can be interfaced into your accounting software.
