Guidelines for On-Site Check Printing with Adobe Reader:
  • ALWAYS Use a page size of Letter (8.5 x 11 inches)
  • If you have Adobe Reader version 10.1.1 or lower:
    • 'Page Scaling' should be set to 'None'
    • 'Auto-Rotate and Center' should be checked
  • If you have Adobe Reader version 10.1.2 or higher:
    • 'Size Options' should be set to 'Actual Size'
    • 'Orientation' should be set to 'Auto Portrait/Landscape'
    • If the option 'Print on both sides of paper' appears, ensure that it is NOT checked
