premiums. A history of all premium and employee benefit changes
that occurred over any period of time can be displayed or printed.

Premium amount changes
are made once and the Benefits Manager automatically updates each
employee defined for that benefit and also creates the new payroll
deduction amount.

You
can automatically calculate and impute the taxable amount of group
term life insurance in excess of $50,000.
- ONE DATABASE FOR PAYROLL, PERSONNEL AND BENEFITS
No need
to maintain many different databases, the Benefits Manager is fully
integrated with A D Computer's PC Payroll Input and Personnel software.
- USER DEFINED FORMULAS
Insurance benefits can be entered
using formulas, for example: life insurance equal to two times the
employee's annual salary, saving time from changing employee's coverage
and calculating new premiums every time a rate or salary changes.
- FLEXIBLE BENEFITS
Ability to assign benefits from a pop up
list, which can include a benefit credit, for each employee. Each
type of benefit may be either pre-tax or post-tax. The net pre-tax
and the post-tax cost are calculated and automatically deducted
from the employee. A credit balance would allow the option for the
balance to be paid as addition taxable compensation. A list of benefits
might include medical, dental, life insurance, dependent life, LTD,
AD&D, health care spending, dependent care spending, etc.

Benefit
provider data: provider name, address, contact person, title, phone
number, plus an unlimited memo area to record key conversations
and events pertaining to this provider Employee benefit data: name,
benefit type, plan type, effective date, coverage, employee premium,
dependent premium, employee contribution and contribution frequency.
Employee dependent data: name, date of birth, social security number,
insured and dependent type.
