Relation Checks

Checks for child support

A D Computer can automatically print checks, along with your payroll, for court ordered employee wage attachments for child support, domestic relations and other types of levies. These checks are made out to the domestic relations office or other agency. Checks are automatically produced when the employee is paid and only for the amount withheld.

The stub of the wage attachment check can now be used as a Remittance Advice, showing the employee's name and up to 66 characters of identifying information. The identification field can be used for docket number, case numbers, account number, etc.

A D Computer can automatically print checks along with your payroll for:

Federal Tax Deposit - each pay, monthly, quarterly
Local Tax - each pay, monthly, quarterly
State Unemployment - quarterly
Federal Unemployment - quarterly
Deduction Total - each pay (e.g. Credit Union, Union Dues, Xmas Club)
Deduction Individual - each pay (e.g. child support, domestic relations)
Pension Payment - each pay, monthly (includes pre-tax, after-tax and the employer match)
